Lake Scranton is owned and operated by the Pennsylvania American Water Company and supplies all of Scranton's water needs. The trail is easily accessible from a parking lot on Route 307, just a mile or so south of Interstate 81. Go to the end of the parking lot and walk a few hundred meters down to the trail and start there. There is a paved road/trail that traverses Lake Scranton and is a 3.5 mile walk or run. This is strictly for walking and jogging, no pets and no bikes. It's a beautiful walk/jog/run and is a MUST do!
